How often should I get a haircut?
If you wait too long between cuts, your stylist won't be able to follow the shape of your last cut. If you like the style, aim for every 4 to 6 weeks.
Is it OK to wash my hair every day?
Fresh hair feels good, but shampooing that often strips your hair and scalp of healthy oils and makes them dry. Keep a good balance by alternating shampoo every other day with a good conditioner.
What can be done about split ends?
Split ends happen when the cuticle layer is badly weathered or missing, so the hair frays like yarn. Give your hair protection and intense moisture by conditioning. Regular trims every 6 to 8 weeks also help.
How should I handle oily hair?
An oily scalp needs consistent care. Massage shampoo into the roots and down to mid-shaft. Apply conditioner only from mid-shaft to the ends, and keep it off your scalp.
Will hairspray make my hair fall out?
No. There are no chemicals in hairspray that will cause hair to fall out.
How is a Brazilian Blowout different from regular straightening?
Regular straightening usually uses a chemical process that rearranges the bonds inside the hair. It can damage your hair, isn't safe on heavily highlighted or damaged hair, and leaves curly roots with straight ends as it grows out. A Brazilian Blowout doesn't make hair flat straight. It's safe on highlighted or damaged hair, and your hair gradually goes back to its natural state, so there's no commitment.
Is keratin smoothing safe on color-treated hair?
Yes. It works on all types of hair, including color-treated, over-processed or damaged hair.
